  • 2 pieces of naan bread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup baby spinach or arugula
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove moisture
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth. Chill in the fridge while prepping everything else.
  3. Brush each naan with a light coating of olive oil.
  4. Spread 1–2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce over each naan. Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and mozzarella if using.
  5. Place the naan pizzas on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and top with fresh spinach or arugula. Drizzle with extra tzatziki or serve on the side for dipping.

Notes

Use well-drained cucumber to avoid watery tzatziki. Great for leftovers and easily customizable with your favorite veggies or protein.
