- 2 pieces of naan bread (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup baby spinach or arugula
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
- Olive oil for brushing
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove moisture
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth. Chill in the fridge while prepping everything else.
- Brush each naan with a light coating of olive oil.
- Spread 1–2 tablespoons of tzatziki sauce over each naan. Top with shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and mozzarella if using.
- Place the naan pizzas on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh spinach or arugula. Drizzle with extra tzatziki or serve on the side for dipping.
Notes
Use well-drained cucumber to avoid watery tzatziki. Great for leftovers and easily customizable with your favorite veggies or protein.
