  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, olive oil, breadcrumbs, and egg until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties, about ½ inch thick.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket and place the patties in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Serve on burger buns with desired toppings and enjoy!

Notes

For extra juiciness, avoid overmixing the turkey mixture and use 85/15 ground turkey. Patties can be prepped in advance and refrigerated for 15 minutes to help them hold shape.
