- 1 lb ground turkey (85/15 preferred)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, grated onion, olive oil, breadcrumbs, and egg until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket and place the patties in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve on burger buns with desired toppings and enjoy!
Notes
For extra juiciness, avoid overmixing the turkey mixture and use 85/15 ground turkey. Patties can be prepped in advance and refrigerated for 15 minutes to help them hold shape.
