Texas Roadhouse-Style Baked Salmon

Texas Roadhouse-Style Baked Salmon

This easy copycat Texas Roadhouse baked salmon is tender, buttery, and bursting with sweet and savory flavor—perfect for busy weeknights or special dinners.

  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, skin-on or skinless)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh is best!)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or lemon wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Pat dry the salmon fillets with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down if using skin-on fillets.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, melted butter, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush or spoon the glaze evenly over each salmon fillet, making sure they’re well coated.
  5. Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for a lightly caramelized top.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley or lemon wedges before serving.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a crisp green salad. For added spice, try a dash of cayenne or red pepper flakes.
