- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup toffee bits (like Heath English Toffee Bits)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and creamy.
- Add the chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows (if using), and most of the toffee bits (reserve some for topping). Fold gently until evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle the reserved toffee bits on top and enjoy!
Notes
Use ripe strawberries for the sweetest flavor. Gently fold all ingredients to maintain a fluffy texture. Best served chilled within 1–2 hours of removing from the fridge.
