Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish or a springform pan.
- Place in the fridge to chill while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until incorporated.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Arrange sliced bananas over the cheesecake layer.
- Top with strawberries and drained pineapple, pressing gently into the layer.
- Spread a final layer of whipped topping over the fruit.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle chopped nuts if using, and top with maraschino cherries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy!
