Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 8–10 oz filtered water (warm or room temperature)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon raw honey (for flavor)
Instructions
- Fill a glass or jar with 8–10 oz of warm or room temperature water.
- Add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, grated or ground ginger, and ground cinnamon.
- Stir or shake well until all ingredients are blended evenly.
- Add a pinch (1/8 tsp) of cayenne pepper and mix again.
- Taste and adjust by adding more water or a bit of raw honey if needed.
- Drink in the morning about 15–20 minutes before breakfast, or between meals.
- Optional: Prepare ahead and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Notes
Drink through a straw to protect tooth enamel. Avoid if you have acid reflux or are on blood sugar medications. Always consult a health provider if unsure.
