- 16–20 slices of pepperoni (regular or turkey)
- Optional: A pinch of Italian seasoning or garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or silicone mat.
- Place pepperoni slices in a single layer on the sheet.
- Sprinkle about a tablespoon of cheese on each slice.
- Optional: Add a pinch of Italian seasoning or garlic powder on top.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Let cool on the sheet for 5 minutes to crisp up.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Use thin-sliced pepperoni for crispier results. Try cheddar, Parmesan, or pepper jack for variety. Store in airtight container for up to 5 days. Re-crisp in oven if needed.
