Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat both work)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- Pinch of salt (to taste)
- Cracked black pepper (optional, to taste)
- Parchment paper (for baking)
- Optional add-ins: shredded parmesan, chili flakes, or dried herbs like oregano or rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Optional: Blend cottage cheese until smooth for more uniform chips.
- Spoon small mounds of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper as desired.
- Add any optional toppings like parmesan, herbs, or chili flakes.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes, checking around 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Remove from oven once golden and crispy. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat cottage cheese. Store chips in an airtight container lined with paper towel at room temperature for up to 2 days. Re-crisp in oven if needed.
