Ingredients

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
  • Lettuce, tomato, pickles (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Butter or oil, for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties. Press a small indent in the center of each patty.
  3. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and add a bit of butter or oil. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  4. While burgers cook, lightly butter and toast the buns until golden.
  5. Spread mayo on buns (if using), then assemble with the burger patty and desired toppings.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes
