Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 burger buns, toasted
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato, pickles (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Butter or oil, for cooking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, and crumbled bacon. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties. Press a small indent in the center of each patty.
- Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and add a bit of butter or oil. Cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- While burgers cook, lightly butter and toast the buns until golden.
- Spread mayo on buns (if using), then assemble with the burger patty and desired toppings.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
Customize with your favorite toppings, swap the cheese, or go low-carb with lettuce wraps. Leftover patties store well and reheat easily for future meals.
