Air Fried Banana Chips Coated in Cinnamon Sugar – Easy Healthy Snack

Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips

Looking for a sweet, crispy snack that’s healthy and totally crave-worthy? These Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips are made with just a few pantry staples and deliver the perfect combo of natural banana sweetness and cozy cinnamon flavor.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 2 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe (but firm) bananas
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional: a pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into thin rounds—about ⅛ inch thick.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  3. Lightly brush both sides of the banana slices with coconut oil. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mix over them, flip and repeat.
  4. Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Set air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook for 8–10 minutes, checking around the 7-minute mark.
  6. Remove and let cool completely to crisp up.

Notes

Use ripe but firm bananas for best texture. Slice evenly and avoid overlapping in the air fryer to ensure even crispiness.
