- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- For the Cinnamon Swirl:

- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons milk (or heavy cream)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Stir in eggs and vanilla.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully incorporated.
- In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the swirl.
- Spread batter evenly in the pan. Drop spoonfuls of swirl mixture on top and swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

Notes
Slightly underbake for gooier texture. Try adding chopped nuts or swap glaze with cream cheese frosting for extra indulgence.
