- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices of pepperoni (about 3 per roll-up)
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on each triangle.
- Add 3 slices of pepperoni per triangle.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning if using.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end into a crescent shape.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Sprinkle Parmesan on top if desired.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce.
Notes
Seal edges well to prevent cheese leakage. Don’t overstuff. Use parchment paper for easy cleanup. Customize with veggies or spicy ingredients. Switch up the cheese for fun variations.
