- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed or sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Lower heat and sprinkle shredded cheese over chicken. Cover pan until cheese melts.
- Warm tortillas slightly.
- Spread sour cream or Greek yogurt onto each tortilla.
- Add cheesy garlic chicken mixture.
- Fold in sides of tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
- Serve as is or grill for a crispy finish.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush wraps with melted butter and toast in a pan for a crispy, restaurant-style finish!
