Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef heart slices and coat well. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
- Grill each slice for 3-4 minutes per side until a nice char develops.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly. Serve with chimichurri sauce or grilled vegetables.
Notes
