- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and set aside.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, and optional paprika.
- Coat each chicken breast with Greek yogurt or mayo to help the breading stick.
- Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly on all sides.
- Place coated chicken on the wire rack, leaving space between pieces.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- For extra crispiness, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end.
Notes
For a spicier version, add 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper to the coating mix. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
