Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, and optional paprika.
  4. Coat each chicken breast with Greek yogurt or mayo to help the breading stick.
  5. Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mixture, coating evenly on all sides.
  6. Place coated chicken on the wire rack, leaving space between pieces.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Notes
